How do I claim my business listing?
If we’ve already created a basic listing for you, you can claim it via a claim link we send (or one shown on your listing). You’ll need to verify ownership (via email or phone), then you can edit the listing, add photos, special offers, etc.
How long does it take for my listing to go live?
Once you create or claim a listing and provide the required information (photos, hours, etc.), your listing usually appears in the directory within 1-5 hours.
Can I update or edit my listing after it goes live?
Absolutely. You can log in whenever needed to update business hours, photos, description, contact info, special promotions, etc.

How do I cancel or change my paid plan?
You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel your paid plan at any time via your dashboard. Any charges will be pro-rata depending on the plan’s billing cycle.
