Getting Started

How do I create my first listing?

Click "List Free" in the top navigation, fill in your business details, and submit. Most listings go live within a few minutes — no payment required to start on the Starter plan.

How long does it take for my listing to go live?

Most listings appear immediately after submission. In rare cases we may briefly review new listings for completeness, which can take up to one business day.

What information do I need to list my business?

At minimum: your business name, category, and a way for customers to reach you (email, phone, or website). Adding hours, a description, and photos helps your listing stand out.

Can I list more than one business?

Yes. Each business or location needs its own listing, and each one counts toward your plan's listing limit.

Billing & Plans

Is there a free plan?

Yes — the Starter plan is free for life and includes up to 3 listings with full contact info. No credit card required.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?

Yes, anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately, and billing adjusts automatically for the new plan.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No. Paid plans renew monthly and can be cancelled anytime — there's no long-term commitment.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards. Payment is processed securely at checkout when you select a paid plan.

What happens to my listings if I downgrade or cancel?

Your listings stay live, but any beyond your new plan's limit will be paused (not deleted) until you're back within your plan's allowance or upgrade again.

Managing Your Listing

How do I edit my listing after it's published?

Log into your dashboard, select the listing, and click Edit. Changes save and appear on the live listing right away.

What is a featured listing?

Featured listings appear at the top of category and search results, giving your business priority placement over standard listings. Featured slots are included with Growth and Pro plans.

How do I claim a listing that already exists for my business?

Open the existing listing and click "Claim This Listing," then verify your ownership. Once approved, you'll have full edit access.

How do customer reviews work?

If your plan allows customer reviews, visitors can leave a rating and comment directly on your listing. You can respond to reviews from your dashboard.

Can I add photos or video to my listing?

Yes, depending on your plan. Most plans support photo uploads, and Growth and Pro plans also support a promotional video link.

Account & Privacy

How do I reset my password?

Click "Sign In," then "Forgot password?" and follow the email instructions to reset it.

What types of businesses can list on Web Listing Circle?

Any U.S.-based local or remote business, freelancer, or service provider can create a listing.

How do I delete my account?

Contact us using the link below and we'll process the deletion of your account and listings within a few business days.

Is my contact information visible to the public?

Only the contact details you choose to include on your listing (such as email, phone, or website) are shown publicly. Your account login details are never displayed.
